We want you to love your Zilker Belt as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure your belt remains in its original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

Package Your Belt

Place the unworn belt back into its original packaging or a secure shipping box, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
